Flying Through the Space of My Imagination

As much as I love a good 🍑 pic, I befell on a new little challenge that I thought I’d like to incorporate some simple strengthening. 100 squats/day for the next 30 days. I started yesterday with my thighs coming in at 21.5” and the cute boot at 36” exactly. Mostly body-weight squats, I’ll be set to complete all 100 for the next now 29 days! 2018 was awesome! Of course, it had your typical up’s and down’s and maybe not ending the year on the note that I wanted, but to take away from the achievements, people I’ve met and other highlights of the year would be silly.

Both racing and non-racing goals are still in place and looking towards 2019, one will be more dependent on the other. With racing being on hold until I am able to get a new job to afford to race, I will still continue to train back up to be ready at a moment’s notice.
